THIS IS A USA- BASED Remote position - applicants outside of the USA will NOT be considered.


The Senior Enterprise Sales Representative is a New Logo/Business Development Sales role with responsibility to win major new logos with both print resellers and directly to national brands. This is a new and focused senior business development role and the successful applicant with work closely with Marketing to develop successful programs to develop this sector. There are existing accounts in this sector with a high growth potential that may form part of the remit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Build clear and solid plans to be successful in developing new business.

• Work with Marketing to prioritize and execute highly targeted/account-based approaches to drive major new logo acquisition.

• Develop and maintain strong client and prospect relationships including C-level, Vendor Relations, Procurement, IT and commercial teams, acting as a trusted advisor.

• Maximize the revenue potential in existing strategic accounts.

• Effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (including Customer Support, Custom Estimates, Marketing, Product Management, IT and Technical Support) to win and close new logos and/or additional up-sell services and product opportunities including integrated solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge. • Utilizes a solution-based sales methodology and ability to develop programs of recurring work

• Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of territory insights and competitive intelligence, including key market trends and differentiation strategies, while providing strategic updates to leadership.

• Accurately manages pipeline and performance through use of CRM and Reporting tools.

• Independently manages time and resources effectively.

• Maintains performance standards while working remotely.

• Attend all department/company meetings, as requested.

• Other duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Ten (10)+ years of business development experience, including: Development of new logos with revenue of $3M+ per annum and annual turnover of $500M+.

TO BE CONSIDERED, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

Proven success selling to major print resellers such as Marketing Agencies or Print/services aggregators and/or direct to brands. Relevant sectors are those with high print marketing including environmental signage.

Direct development of and management of C-Level relationships and senior decision makers in companies with annual revenue in excess of $500M.

Experience in print, packaging or promo.

• Experience working in a remote team environment.

• Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Familiar with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Suite).

• Able to collaborate effectively with virtual teams.

• Adaptable and maintains a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Self-motivated and results-driven.
