Overview

A Commercial Printing Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for print solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial printing industry

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate print solutions

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing or related industry

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience

Additional commission and performance-based incentives available
