A leading Print and Packaging company is looking for a DIRECT MAIL MANAGER
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ability to create, purchase and or process customers mailing files to optimize the projects to work best within postal regulations
Ability to review jobs before production to ensure all postal regulations are considered and mailing pieces are optimized for the best possible rates and delivery times based on customer requirements

The ability to prioritize numerous tasks, items and functions at one time and organize multiple items in prioritized sequence to achieve success
Flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules
Must have an analytical approach to problem solving Skills as coach to reinforce learning and promote consistent performance according to Standard Operating Procedures and other system documentation
The ability and willingness to perform corrective actions and or discipline with reporting employees when appropriate
The ability and willingness to show leadership by consistent example
Ability to read and understand job production requirements & specifications as communicated by the Job Jacket and customers
Interact with scheduling, customer service, and planning to assure availability of printed materials to meet delivery requirements
Work with upstream departments to insure smooth transitions of materials
