Business Development Manager – Direct Mail

Position Summary: This position is responsible for building a portfolio of new clients while also managing and growing relationships with existing clients. The key focus of this role is leveraging industry specific expertise in direct mail to develop targeted solutions that align with the unique needs of direct mail clients. Additionally, this position involves close collaboration with other team members, including marketing, project management, and operations—to deliver strategic, data driven direct mail campaigns and comprehensive print solutions for both current and prospective clients.


Education/Experience:

MUST HAVE DIRECT MAIL SALES EXPERIENCE AND $1 MILLION BOOK OF BUSINESS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred. • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management is preferred

 • Must have experience in LOBs of Retail Signage. Other LOBs experience in the

following are a plus: Blister Board Packaging, Offset/Digital, Bindery, Die Cutting, Large

Format, Graphic Design, Inventory Management, Digital Storefronts, Direct Mail, and

Fulfillment/Distribution are a plus.

• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.

• Proficient in Google Products, Microsoft Office products, Web browsing, LinkedIn, and

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is preferred.

• Hubspot CRM experience is a plus.

• Additional years of education and experience may be substituted for each other, as

determined by Human Resources
