📍 The Role

You will be joining our partner’s team directly.

In this role, you will elevate the finance function from "bookkeeping" to "intelligent finance." We are looking for a professional who refuses to do manual data entry in 2026. You won’t just be processing transactions; you will be orchestrating the AI-driven workflows that process them.

Your mandate is to use automation to clear the manual "noise" so you can focus on real-time financial health. You operate with the mindset that if you are clicking the same button twice, an agent should be doing it instead.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Finance and external tax advisors to ensure strategic alignment and delivery of high-quality results.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Automated Operations: Implement and manage AI-driven AP/AR workflows that handle data extraction, categorization, and reconciliation automatically.
• Smart Quality Control: Instead of manual spot-checks, you will use anomaly detection tools to identify booking errors or irregularities in real-time.
• Predictive Cash Flow: Leverage data tools to move from historical reporting to predictive liquidity planning and scenario analysis.
• Process Architecture: Continuously refine the finance stack, ensuring that banking, invoicing, and expense tools talk to each other without manual copy-pasting.

💡 What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance (SaaS or startup experience is a plus).
• AI-First Mindset: You treat accounting as a logic puzzle. You actively seek out tools (ChatGPT for formulas, OCR for data, API integrations) to speed up your work.
• Adaptability: You are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate the shifting priorities of a growing company.
• Skills: Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and modern ERPs (e.g., BMD, DATEV, Xero, Netsuite).
• Communication: Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively.
