We are currently partnering with an innovative organization to find an AI-First Product Manager.

📍 The Role

You will be joining our partner’s team directly.

In this role, you will be responsible for de-risking product decisions with speed. We are looking for a PM who uses AI to accelerate discovery. You understand that waiting weeks to process user research is too slow. You will use AI tools to synthesize feedback, draft requirements, and analyze market trends instantly.

You aren't just managing a backlog; you are using intelligence tools to ensure that every engineering hour is spent on high-impact work.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Leadership to ensure strategic alignment and delivery of high-quality results.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Accelerated Discovery: Use AI tools to transcribe, summarize, and extract patterns from user interviews and support tickets in minutes, not days.
• Smart Requirements: Leverage AI to draft detailed user stories and technical specs, allowing you to spend more time on solution design and less on documentation.
• Evidence-Based Strategy: Build a roadmap rooted in data, using predictive analytics to estimate the impact of features before they are built.
• Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning where AI assists in backlog grooming and prioritization based on predefined value metrics.

💡 What You Bring

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a tech or software environment.
• AI-First Mindset: You use AI as a research assistant and a scribe. You know how to prompt LLMs to stress-test your product assumptions.
• Adaptability: You are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate the shifting priorities of a growing company.
• Skills: Proficiency with product management stacks (Jira/Linear, Figma, Productboard, Amplitude).
• Communication: Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively.
