A well-established, well-funded organization operating in the personal injury and workers' compensation space. Founded in 2019, with a strong operational foundation now entering an exciting growth phase — with aggressive national expansion on the horizon. The model is lien-based and referral-driven, with plaintiff attorneys and law firms as the core referral partners.


We're looking for a Director of Business Development to own the PI referral pipeline, build deep attorney and law firm partnerships, and — as the division scales — recruit and lead a high-performing BD team. This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to build something meaningful.


**What You'll Own**

• Build and manage a referral pipeline of plaintiff PI attorneys, law firms, case managers, and litigation-support partners

• Drive consistent, predictable case volume through structured outreach and high-touch relationship management

• Educate partners on clinical services and the lien-based care model

• Represent the organization at legal and industry events and conferences

• Recruit, hire, and develop the PI BD team as the division grows

• Track KPIs, referral trends, and partner performance with disciplined CRM reporting


**What We're Looking For**

• 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management

• Strong understanding of personal injury, lien-based billing, or medical-legal workflows

• Proven track record building referral networks and converting relationships into measurable volume

• Experience leading, managing, or developing a sales or BD team

• Existing network within the PI attorney ecosystem is a strong plus

• Self-directed, relationship-driven, and comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
