We are currently recruiting a Scheduling Coordinator for a reputable, mission-driven Home Care agency. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in connecting Personal Care Aides (PCAs) with the patients who rely on them—helping to deliver high-quality, compassionate care right in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients, caregivers, and staff
• Coordinate and manage PCA schedules to ensure timely coverage
• Adjust and troubleshoot case assignments in real time
• Maintain accurate system records of visits and scheduling updates
• Collaborate closely with HR and Intake teams for smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience (healthcare or home care scheduling strongly preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Cantonese or Mandarin language skills a plus
