We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Maumee, Ohio. This is a contract-to-hire leadership opportunity with a stable, well-supported organization that values strong operators and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall facility operations for a skilled nursing and rehab center
- Drive strong outcomes across clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing department leaders
- Lead survey readiness and ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster a positive, resident-centered culture for staff, residents, and families
- Partner closely with regional leadership to meet performance goals
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license – required
- Minimum 2 years of Administrator experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
- Strong knowledge of survey processes, compliance, and QAPI
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
- Excellent communication skills with staff, residents, and families
