A well-established Brooklyn organization is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to serve as the lead HR presence for their all-women’s office. This role is ideal for someone from the frum community who values strong culture, collaboration, and true work–life balance.

The company places a huge emphasis on communication, respect, and positive culture. They are open to all levels — a strong Generalist ready to grow, a seasoned Manager, or even a Director-level candidate. What matters most is sound HR judgment and strong employee-relations experience.

About the Role

This position comes with real autonomy. The HR Manager is the primary HR contact for the entire Brooklyn office and will run the day-to-day HR operations with independence and confidence. You will also oversee a small offshore support team (experience helpful but not required).

This is a people-centered HR role, with a focus on:

• Employee relations (top priority)
• Leading confident and professional HR conversations
• Handling difficult conversations, performance issues, and employee concerns
• Managing salary evaluations, annual reviews, and raise requests
• Overseeing disciplinary matters with fairness and discretion
• Managing office-wide communication and maintaining a positive culture
• HR compliance
• Recruiting & onboarding (can be trained if needed)

Candidates can come from any industry, as long as they have strong HR instincts and maturity.

Schedule

• In-office Monday–Thursday
• Fridays end at 12 PM in honor of Shabbos
• Option for one remote Friday per month
• Flexible Friday start time (9 AM–11 AM)
