The Ideal Candidate:

You’re a confident, articulate, and grounded RN leader with exceptional people skills—able to balance compassion with accountability, clinical precision with team empowerment. You’ve led in high-end assisted living or skilled nursing settings and bring a thoughtful, respected presence to residents, families, and staff alike.

• RN License – NY (Required)
• 3+ years of nursing leadership in assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – professional, kind, and highly communicative
• Experienced in clinical oversight, team leadership, regulatory readiness, and resident engagement
• A strategic thinker who leads with both heart and clarity
