What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the facility in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Partner closely with a strong DON to drive clinical quality, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with ownership, department heads, families, and the broader community
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and key performance indicators with ownership support and visibility
  • Foster a culture of accountability, dignity, and compassionate care

What We're Looking For

  • Active Florida LNHA license (required)
  • Proven experience managing a skilled nursing facility or long-term care community
  • Strong regulatory knowledge and a track record of positive survey outcomes
  • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style — you lead from the floor, not just the office
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with staff, families, and ownership
