**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service.   

- Promote and sell healthcare services via phone to meet and exceed sales targets.  

- Generate and analyze reports, creating actionable insights.  

- Run metrics and create detailed reports for daily, weekly, and monthly statistics on admissions, referrals, and in-services.  

- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for referral sources and clients, showcasing the company’s services and educational tools.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt.  

- Passion for the healthcare industry.  


**Qualifications:**  

- Customer service experience is highly valued.  

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data visualization).  

- General expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).  

- Efficient, organized, and reliable.  

- Professional demeanor and appearance.  

- Sharp, fast, compassionate, ambitious, and eager for growth.  

- Healthcare census growth or admissions experience is a plus but not required.  


**Location:**  

- New York City.  

- Hybrid role: Work from home 90% of the time, with regular in-person meetings in Long Island and NYC.
