Home Care Marketing Director – Southwest Ohio (Greater Toledo Area)

Are you an accomplished healthcare marketing professional with a proven track record of building and leveraging strong business relationships? We’re seeking an Executive Account manager to bring your expertise, network, and drive to our team, focusing on connecting with social workers, case managers, and discharge planners in an effort to expand the Southwest Ohio territory

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage key referral sources at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with decision-makers, ensuring they trust and rely on our services for their home care needs.
  • Educate professionals about our comprehensive services and how we can support their patients’ journeys.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record: A minimum of three years in home care marketing and business development, with established relationships in the Southwest Ohio healthcare market.
  • Dynamic personality: Ambitious, empathetic, growth-oriented, and confident in networking and relationship-building.
  • Knowledge and expertise: Familiarity with the home care landscape and a sharp eye for opportunities to expand your book of business.
