About the Role:

The ideal candidate is a natural networker with a knack for building strong relationships and a drive to exceed sales targets. This unique position requires a dual focus:

  1. Directing high volumes of business to partner pharmacies.
  2. Ensuring no-fault workers’ compensation cases are signed and processed efficiently.

What You Bring:

Whether your background is in DME, orthopedics, pharmaceutical sales, chiropractic services, workers’ compensation, home care, or private pay, this role leverages your skills to expand your network and maximize your impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with doctors, surgeons, attorneys, pharmacies, skilled nursing facility staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote and sell healthcare services to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Prior exposure to the workers’ compensation/no-fault space and working closely with pharmacies is highly valued.
  • Relationships: Existing connections with no-fault workers’ comp attorneys are a strong asset.
  • Skills: Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply. Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
