A highly respected, long-established home care agency (LHCSA) in New York City is growing and is adding a talented home care marketer to its team. The agency has served New York families for about 25 years. Many team members have been there almost from the start, and people consistently describe the office as warm and supportive.

What you'll do

• Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, rehab and skilled nursing facilities, physician practices, senior centers and community organizations
• Own and expand your territory
• Meet referral sources face to face in the field and turn those relationships into steady, high-quality referrals
• Represent the agency at community events, health fairs and networking functions
• Work with intake and operations so every referral gets a smooth start of care
• Share what you're seeing in the market and help shape the agency's growth strategy

What we're looking for

• Home care marketing and business development experience
• Strong knowledge of the NYC metro area's healthcare landscape and established referral relationships
• A genuine passion for patient care, and the compassion to connect families with the support they need to stay safe and comfortable at home
• A relationship builder who is self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently
• In-depth understanding of LHCSA services, Medicaid and the referral process
• Bilingual skills are a plus
