Office Coordinator – Hybrid Role

About Us:

We're a small, dedicated team focused on providing tailored in-patient care, including wound care, pain management, and blood thinner therapy, to ensure a smooth transition from surgery to full recovery. We partner with care teams to create seamless care plans, optimize communication, and deliver efficient, 360° rehab solutions.We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to keep our daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
  • Track daily business activities and ensure all administrative tasks are up to date.
  • Liaise with vendors, including those who process payroll, to ensure accurate and timely service.
  • Keep our team organized by managing schedules, documents, and basic operational needs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Basic experience with payroll processes or a willingness to learn.
  • Comfort with phone communications and relationship-building with vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools.
