Why This Role is Different
Most outside AE seats leave you feeling like you’re “on an island.” Not here. You’ll work directly in the field with Da’Shann Austin, a veteran producing manager who’s funded over half a billion dollars in loans during his tenure, averaging $17–$20+ million funded per month. You’ll start with approved, warm accounts in your territory and build your book further with Da’Shaan at your side in-market — plus direct corporate support to push files.
This is not a dialer job. It’s a relationship-first, field-first seat designed for producers who thrive face-to-face.
What You’ll Do

Plan and run in-person territory days: broker visits, branch lunches, and joint calls with Da’Shaan.
- Manage a blended book: warm approved accounts assigned to you, plus your own farmed relationships.
- Drive Non-QM deal flow: scenarios, applications, structuring, and pipeline follow-through.
- Hit activity KPIs: appointments set/held, new intros, live scenarios, applications.
- Maintain CRM discipline and forecast weekly.

- An outside seller who thrives on handshakes, lunches, and face-to-face meetings.
- Territory-savvy with Non-QM experience — or a proven hunter ready to learn Non-QM quickly.
- Comfortable prospecting, following a playbook, and turning scenarios into closed loans.
- A self-starter with the discipline to balance autonomy and accountability.
