Position Details:
This is a part-time, seasonal role running May 23 through September 7, averaging 32 hours per week.
Availability for nights and weekends is required.
Candidates must be at least 17 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep a constant, attentive watch over all pool activities
- Enforce safety rules and facility policies with confidence and professionalism
- Proactively spot and prevent potential hazards before they become issues
- Jump into action when it matters most—responding quickly and effectively to emergencies
- Perform water rescues and administer CPR, AED, and First Aid when needed
- Accurately document incidents and ensure proper reporting procedures are followed
- Conduct routine safety checks on equipment and surrounding areas
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pool environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience
Required Qualifications:
- Current Lifeguard certification
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
- Strong swimming ability and physical endurance
- The ability to stay alert, focused, and ready for anything
- Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Confidence and composure in high-pressure situations
- A valid driver’s license
