Job Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and apartment buildings
• Deep clean apartments after move-out
• Prep units prior to turn (i.e. trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring)
• Complete other tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Must be responsible and able to work independently
• Must be open to receiving feedback and being held accountable
• Committed to producing consistent, quality work
• Customer service focused

The ideal candidate for this position should have attention to detail, take pride in their performance, work with a sense of urgency, and enjoy spending 3-6 hours per day outdoors.
