Position:        Human Resource and Payroll Manager

Location:      Great Neck, NY (Fully In-Office)

Salary:          110k – 125k + Bonus

 

Growing Residential Construction & Real Estate Organization seeks new Bilingual (Mandarin/Chinese) HR Manager to join their team!



Responsibilities

·      Manage payroll process for approximately 40 employees

·      Responsible for creating & implementing structured organization chart mapping

·      Responsible for creating & implementing KPI structuring for company employees

·      Prepare check requests for garnishments and monthly stipends and pass to Accounts Payable for Processing.

·      Balancing Payroll collaborating with accounting team.

·      Year End Closing Preparation of annual W-2 reconciliation to W-3; Distribution to employees, review and approve ACA forms, provide payroll reports for any and all Audits as requested. Provide copies of all Quarterly payroll Tax Reports for Audits.

·      Maintain all employee records. Respond to employment verification requests, Unemployment claims, etc.

·      Manage employee relation issues with escalation to managers as needed.

·      Post jobs with recruiters, set up interviews, and maintain agency fee agreements.

·      Prepare and send offer packages

·      On Boarding of New Employees.

·      Administer employee benefits programs

·      Provide hands-on benefits administration for employees

·      Monthly reconciliation of employee benefits invoices against Withholdings from Employees.

·      Approve all benefits Invoices and pass to Accounts Payable for payment processing.

·      Oversee and manage employee time off requests.

·      Oversee day-to-day operations of the office including all aspects of facilities management

 


Requirements:

·      5+ years’ Human Resources experience in a sole contributor environment

·      In-depth understanding of payroll procedures, Strong knowledge of HR Practices, Labor Laws, Regulations and Payroll Taxes with a solid working knowledge of QuickBooks Online

·      MS Office (Extensive Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word)

·      Bilingual (Mandarin/Chinese) required
