  • Salary is based upon experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Manager with required strong expertise in two-way radio communications to join our client's team. The role involves managing product support, repairs, and new product development. The ideal candidate will work closely with overseas engineers and the dealer network to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide product support to the dealer network via phone and email
  • Repair radios and assist technicians in daily repairs and training
  • Participate in new product development and evaluation
  • Test programming software and product functions, reporting issues to the factory
  • Conduct quality control assessments of inbound shipments
  • Create and assist in writing technical manuals and bulletins
  • Assist with parts procurement for repairs and dealer base


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

  • Strong knowledge in two-way radio communications required
  • Experience with DMR, NXDN or Cellular (CDMA) technology is a plus
  • Proficiency in using RF test equipment required
  • Ability to interface with factories and overseas engineers
  • Strong multi-tasking and supervisory skills
  • Attention to detail and pride in workmanship


Education / Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2-year degree in electronics technology preferred
  • 7-15 years of experience in a related field
