Job Summary

The Chief Happiness Officer provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office/shop. This role includes managing daily office tasks, assisting with communications, organizing meetings, and supporting various departments with administrative duties. In addition to being administrative and executive support, you'll be the hype-person and Chief Problem Solver in the office. As the right hand to the CEO, you'll play an integral role in the business's success.


We’re looking for a highly independent, self-starting individual who is excited to learn and grow within the role. The ideal candidate has administrative assistant, executive assistant, and office manager experience. You'll be responsible for keeping everyone rowing in the right direction. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring that all records are organized and accessible.
  • Handle data entry tasks, keeping databases and spreadsheets updated.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, repairs, and services.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized office environment.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, including booking venues, sending out invites, and preparing materials.
  • Provide support during company events, such as taking meeting minutes and setting up conference rooms.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and customers, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Assist with drafting and proofreading documents and communications.
  • The job may involve some travel in running errands, dropping off and picking up supplies, etc.

Education / Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.


Licenses / Certifications

  • None required, but relevant certifications are a plus
  • Additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
