The VP of Finance will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our client's company. This position involves overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

• Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the SaaS or insurance industry is a plus.

Education / Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company preferred.

Licenses / Certifications

• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
