Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Contractor with expertise in mobile device management (MDM) solutions, specifically Jamf and Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize MDM solutions to ensure seamless device integration, collaboration tools, and end-user support, while streamlining user onboarding and offboarding processes. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to support our client's IT infrastructure and end-user needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Configure and manage Jamf Pro for MacOS, ensuring policy enforcement and device compliance.
• Deploy and administer Microsoft Intune for Windows and Android devices to support enterprise mobility and security standards.
• Integrate Jamf and Intune with other IT systems and platforms as needed.
• Facilitate the enrollment and lifecycle management of devices within Jamf and Intune environments.
• Create and manage device profiles, policies, and app deployment strategies.
• Troubleshoot device connectivity, performance, and compatibility issues.
• Administer and maintain Okta for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Manage Google Workspace and Slack for collaboration and communication.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Provide technical support for users experiencing MDM, hardware, and software-related issues.
• Create documentation for end-users and administrators on device management processes.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

• Proven experience with Jamf Pro administration.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft Intune.
• Proven experience with Okta for SSO.
• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in managing macOS and Windows 11 environments.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of MDM principles and security practices.
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) for device automation and configuration.

Education / Professional Experience

• Experience with MDM solutions and enterprise IT environments required.
• Experience in IT support or administration roles required.
• Experience with Jamf Pro administration required.
• Experience in Microsoft Intune required.
• Experience with Okta for SSO required.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365 required.

Licenses / Certifications

• Jamf Certified Technician/Administrator (preferred)
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred)
