Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional HR Manager to lead the HR team in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of around 4 HR Generalists while supporting and managing the day-to-day HR needs for approximately 7 different facilities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Canadian Employment Laws, fostering a positive work environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to manage benefits and leave programs, recruiting, and serving as the primary contact for union representatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR management experience, a strong understanding of unionized and non-union labor laws, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
