Our client is a global player with over 350 professional service facilities in 6 countries, providing a one-stop solution for automotive maintenance and repair needs.


Job Summary

As a Store Manager, you will have ultimate accountability and responsibility for the location, including sales, profitability, quality control, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the district manager to select, coach, lead, train, and supervise service advisors and vehicle technicians. This role requires setting a positive tone for the store and providing an atmosphere of excitement and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring sales and profitability goals are met
  • Maintain quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Handle daily paperwork and inventory control
  • Make estimates and repair recommendations
  • Select, coach, lead, train, and supervise service advisors and vehicle technicians
  • Set a positive tone and provide an atmosphere of excitement and enthusiasm


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Ability to multi-task in a customer-focused retail environment
  • Good computer and phone skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing


Education / Professional Experience

  • 2+ years sales/operations/management experience (automotive industry preferred)
  • 2+ years customer service/retail experience
  • High school degree and/or some college preferred


Licenses / Certifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • ASE certifications a plus
