The Senior Business Systems Analyst (JDE) will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our client's business systems. Reports To

Business Analysis Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements through structured interviews and process reviews.
• Document and maintain business processes, system specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct data modeling, technical analysis, and evaluate alternatives for business system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions.
• Provide input for business cases, justifications, and cost estimates for system improvements.
• Design and propose innovative, technically sound solutions aligned with business goals and user experience standards.
• Partner with architects, developers, and business units to ensure compatibility, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Develop feasibility studies, test plans, and use cases; lead system and user acceptance testing.
• Create user documentation and deliver training to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, manage task priorities, and oversee workflow efficiency.
• Mentor team members, support professional development, and contribute to performance reviews.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in processes and IT standards (QA, PMLC, SDLC).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and IT methodologies.
• Perform other duties as needed to support evolving business and organizational goals.
