Evinex is a staffing firm focused on connecting the right people with the right businesses. This is a Direct Hire position for one of our prestigious clients in the Healthcare SaaS Industry. The client has recently raised their Series A funding and is poised for significant growth.


Job Summary

The VP of Sales will lead the sales strategy and execution for a rapidly growing Healthcare SaaS company. This role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in SaaS sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and a passion for leading teams to success.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Report on sales performance and forecast future sales trends


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data


Education / Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is preferred
