Job Duties
- Lead installation, modification, and upgrades of cleanroom and semiconductor fabrication equipment
- Diagnose and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime and support production continuity
- Execute preventive maintenance on essential infrastructure and tools, including cleanroom systems, ESD workstations, vacuum chambers, and plasma deposition tools
- Replace and manage compressed gases used in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., O₂, He, N₂)
- Plan and install stainless steel and poly gas lines in cleanroom environments
- Track and manage lab consumables and supplies for cleanroom and equipment upkeep
- Liaise with service vendors and contractors for specialized repairs (HVAC, gas delivery, tool calibration, etc.)
- Support safety, compliance, and procedural documentation for facilities operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with semiconductor cleanroom equipment
- 2+ years in facilities or lab operations management
- Hands-on experience with vacuum systems and plasma-based deposition tools
- Familiarity with general semiconductor fabrication environments and standards
- Comfortable in cleanroom operations and ESD-sensitive processes
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, machine shop equipment, and industrial electrical standards
- Proven ability to write and implement SOPs and maintenance documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety and process improvement
- Self-directed with the ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision in ambiguous situations

Compensation Details
$85,000 - $130,000
