We are an early-stage, venture-backed startup building the infrastructure that powers how advanced machines are developed, tested, and scaled. Our platform provides engineers with real-time visibility into high-frequency telemetry data, removing bottlenecks and enabling teams to build more reliable systems at speed. As a Deployment Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You’ll guide enterprise teams through high-value technical implementations, ensure seamless adoption, and act as the trusted partner who clears roadblocks and unlocks long-term transformation. Job Duties

  • Lead the success of large-scale deployments, owning the outcome for enterprise customers
  • Partner with forward-deployed engineers to design robust solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Build strong relationships across engineers, operators, and executives to accelerate adoption
  • Drive engagement by developing clear roadmaps that demonstrate value at every stage
  • Work closely with product teams to share insights that shape future platform development
  • Design and execute pilot programs that prove out value and set the stage for long-term use


Qualifications

  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand complex data systems and architectures
  • 3+ years of experience guiding adoption of technical products within engineering-focused organizations
  • Proven excellence in stakeholder management across both technical and business functions
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of handling multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt technical content to varied audiences


Preferred Experience

  • Background in aerospace, autonomous systems, or hardware-driven industries
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, streaming architectures, or telemetry systems
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with Python or similar programming languages
  • Understanding of REST APIs, time-series data, and modern web technologies

Compensation Details

$150,000 - $190,000
