You will lead the full lifecycle of one or more data center product lines, acting as the quarterback across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT to align market needs with technical development and commercial success. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of business and engineering judgment, deep HVAC, thermal management, or cooling systems knowledge, and the ability to drive product strategy, prioritization, pricing, and go-to-market execution. This search is moving quickly, and the company is looking to interview and hire immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.

• Define and communicate the product roadmap for the data center products portfolio, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, market adoption, and end-of-life planning.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products, including product, application, and regulatory matters.

• Lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful execution.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and voice-of-customer discovery to identify opportunities for product innovation, feature additions, and product variants.

• Build and maintain market models using internal and external data to guide product investment, pricing, and positioning decisions.

• Prepare and present business cases for product investments, including KPIs and financial measures that define success.

• Own pricing strategy and price architecture to maximize value capture and support timely, accurate system updates.

• Support development of sales selection tools and collaborate with Marketing on collateral, technical literature, presentations, and training content.

• Participate in train-the-trainer efforts to equip sales and technical teams with the knowledge needed to support customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of HVAC and/or data center industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

• Experience with product development processes and sales selection tools.

• Self-directed, organized, customer-focused, and effective at managing multiple priorities.
