This is an opportunity to join a company with active leadership involvement, a collaborative and agile work environment, and clear growth aspirations for 2026 and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 15–20 projects concurrently, typically representing approximately $5M in total project value per year.

  • Oversee vendor coordination, material procurement, and construction documentation.
  • Conduct on-site visits for job meetings and progress inspections (typically 3–4 times per month).
  • Generate and manage change orders to drive project profitability.
  • Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities and client needs through field interactions.
  • Utilize Procore for documentation and project tracking; maintain digital records of all correspondence and deliverables.

  • Strong organizational, financial tracking, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of construction accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Procore (certification preferred).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exposure to commercial HVAC controls, PLC, or industrial systems a plus.
  • PMP certification is beneficial but not required.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on management style and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working with GCs, mechanical contractors, and field teams in both office and jobsite environments.

Training & Support

  • Structured onboarding with leadership and peer shadowing.
  • Access to in-person and online professional development opportunities.
  • Encouragement and support for obtaining relevant certifications.

Benefits

  • Profit-sharing program
  • SEP retirement program (1-year vesting)
  • 100% employer-paid Kaiser health insurance for employees
  • Vehicle provided or $500/month allowance plus mileage reimbursement
  • Paid time off and holidays

Why Join

  • Established, family-owned business with a strong regional presence and loyal client base.
  • Collaborative leadership—owner and VP are actively involved in day-to-day operations.
  • A fun, “work hard, play hard” culture that values both professionalism and personality.
  • Agile and growth-minded organization with clear strategic plans for expansion.
