About the Company

Our client is a growing specialist in odour control and treatment solutions for the water and wastewater sector. They work with councils, utilities, consultancies, and contractors across Australia delivering technology that solves real environmental problems, improves asset performance, and keeps communities safe.

They’re expanding and need someone who can open doors, build partnerships, and grow their presence across VIC, NSW, and SA.

This isn’t an account management role.

This is pure business development with the autonomy to own your territory.


The Role

As the Growth & Partnerships Executive, you will:

  • Build and grow new relationships across councils, water utilities, and engineering consultancies
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new opportunities (capital projects + recurring supply contracts)
  • Drive market awareness across VIC/NSW/SA
  • Work closely with technical and engineering teams to shape client solutions
  • Attend AWA, IPWEA, and industry events to drive visibility and partnership opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract

You’ll be supported by technical experts but the relationships and growth will be driven by you.


What You Bring

  • Experience in business development across water, environmental, chemical, engineering, or industrial sectors
  • Ability to build trust quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset with a hunter attitude
  • Strong communication and territory management skills
  • Willingness to travel across VIC/NSW/SA

Salary & Rewards

  • Base salary: Competitive
  • OTE: $200K+ with uncapped commissions
