Senior Control Systems Engineer
Lead projects. Mentor others. Shape the future of water infrastructure.
Our client is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to join their team and play a pivotal role in delivering solutions that matter. This is a career-defining opportunity for an engineer who wants to combine technical excellence with leadership, client engagement, and mentoring the next generation.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be hidden behind drawings or code. It’s an opportunity to sit at the centre of projects, guiding solutions from concept to commissioning, mentoring younger engineers, and building trusted relationships with clients.
You’ll work in a central office hub where collaboration is part of the culture, not an afterthought. Add to that regular time on client sites, and you’ll see your designs come to life while solving problems in real time. If you’re looking for variety, connection, and impact, this role delivers all three.
About the role
As a senior engineer, you’ll balance hands-on technical work with leadership and project management responsibilities. You’ll be trusted to deliver solutions end-to-end while also guiding junior engineers and coordinating internal resources.
Your work will sit squarely in the water and wastewater industry an essential sector that directly impacts communities every day. If you bring experience from oil & gas or other complex industries, this is your chance to apply that expertise in a field where your work has a direct and lasting impact.
