You’ll work closely with a Partner whose practice covers a broad range of property work, including:

• Large scale property and business transactions, comprising due diligence, acquisitions, disposals and financing
• Commercial, industrial and retail leasing
• Structured community title development including mixed use development
• Liquor licensing and gaming
• Rural acquisitions and disposals.

The Partner is consistently recognised in leading legal directories for excellence in property and real estate and is widely respected Nationally.

You’ll join a collaborative and motivated commercial property team, contributing to significant matters and taking ownership of high-quality work.

The role offers exposure to capital transactions, general property work and leasing across sectors such as health, tourism, rural, commercial, industrial and retail.
