Opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join their well-established Construction, Infrastructure & Projects group. This team is known for delivering some of Australia’s most significant and high-profile projects, its depth of expertise, and the genuine development opportunities it offers its lawyers.

The Role

Working in a highly regarded team, you’ll gain exposure to a broad mix of disputes and advisory work across major transport and social infrastructure projects, residential and commercial developments, renewables, and large industrial projects. Clients span government, large developers, major contractors and multinational engineering companies.


You’ll be involved in:

  • Disputes arising during and after project delivery
  • Adjudications and expert determinations
  • Running complex, high-value litigation and arbitration matters
  • Preparing detailed advices, evidence and submissions
  • Briefing counsel and technical experts
  • Supervising junior lawyers or paralegals (depending on experience)


This is a strong role for someone who wants to work on technically interesting matters within a large specialist team that genuinely invests in its people.


You’ll Ideally Bring:

  • 2-4 years’ PQE
  • Experience in back-end construction, project delivery or infrastructure disputes
  • OR strong litigation experience, particularly from the mining, resources or energy sectors, with an interest in building a long-term career in construction law
  • An interest in mentoring junior colleagues
