Workplace Relations, Lawyer - Associate (2-4 PQE)

Join a well-respected National Workplace Relations team known for advising on complex matters with national and international clients. 

You will support clients across a range of sectors including health and aged care, professional services, property and construction, financial services, hospitality, retail, technology and government.

You will act primarily for employers and work on a diverse range of matters relating to:

• Post-employment restraints, unfair or unlawful dismissal, industrial disputes, compliance with workplace laws
• Organisational change strategy and management
• Sexual harassment and bullying
• Workplace health and safety, and complex workplace investigations

About you:

• Employment, Workplace and, Industrial Relations Law experience gained in a reputable private practice environment
• Hold a current Australian Practicing Certificate
• Strategic thinker with excellent advocacy and negotiation skills
• Passionate about client service and enjoy the client-facing side of your role
