Absolute Law Recruitment are supporting an exceptional Law Firm in mid Kent who are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their team.

You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience within a private client department and be able to demonstrate the ability to project manage various demands in an ever-changing environment.

The role includes a range of duties which can include;

• Drafting documents such as lasting powers of attorney and inheritance tax accounts
• Drafting letters to third parties and deliver estate planning advice.
• Uploading probate applications to HMCTS website
• You will need to understand and have experience in administering estates and the full process.
• To ensure client communication and contact is regular, timely and sufficient for the client’s purposes.
• To produce work to the required professional standard to encourage referrals and repeat business.
