Absolute Law are partnered with a well-established firm of Solicitors based in Kent who are looking to appoint an Associate into their expanding team.

The successful candidate will undertake fee-earning work and will be joining a friendly growing team.

• Family Law
• Separation, divorce and finances.
• Adoption
• Child Care Issues
• Family Mediation
• Children Matters
• Domestic Violence and injunctions
• TOLATA claims
• Provide assistance to other fee-earners as required.
• Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.
• Financial control with particular regard to cash flow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Able to manage own caseload of clients.
• A Family Solicitor who has expertise in all aspects of family law.
• Very organised and able to prioritise work load.
• Use own initiative and work proactively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent.
• 2yrs+ PQE
