Absolute Law Recruitment are working with a Top 50 Legal 500 Law firm based in London who are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate Real Estate Solicitor to join their friendly team.

The roles will involve being exposed to a great variety of commercial property matters including:-

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Landlord and Tenant.
• Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
• Landlord and tenant leasing and management documentation
• Acquiring investment properties
• Development sales and letting agreements
• Secured lending transactions with banks and other lenders

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:-

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• Technical proficiency in a range of company property matters
• Excellent communication skills
• Good customer relationship building skills.
• Enthusiastic with a desire for business development

Hybrid working is offered.
