Absolute Law Recruitment have exciting opportunities with Top Legal Law firms who are searching for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitors/Property Solicitors to join their teams based in London.

The role will involve a varied workload covering all aspects of Conveyancing across predominantly residential, and will include:

• Managing a range of property matters from initial instruction through to completion.
• Ensuring good communication at every stage of the transaction with clients and various external agencies.
• Undertake any additional relevant tasks including dealing with pre-exchange of contract work, title reports, searches, raising enquiries etc.
• Managing post-exchange work and registrations.
• Aiding business development on behalf of the firm including attending networking events.

Key Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of conveyancing with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Able to manage both Freehold and Leasehold property matters.
• Excellent relationship building skills at all levels.
• Highly organised and can prioritise tasks.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload.

Hybrid working is offered by the firm.

Salary: £50k to £85k DOE
