You will be working within a progressive Commercial Department covering a wide range of matters to include:-

Drafting and reviewing Commercial Contracts.

Shareholders Agreements

Partnership Agreements

Asset and share sales and purchases

Providing general Company Law advice and assistance.

Depending on PQE, flexible working hours can be available for the successful Associate.
