Personal Lines Account Manager / Sales Associate
Location: Oakland, CA
Join our growing Farmers Insurance team in Oakland! We’re looking for a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and helping clients find the right insurance solutions. This position offers a great balance of client service and sales, with opportunities to grow within the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing clients to identify insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions
- Make outbound follow-up calls and build long-term client relationships
- Assist with policy changes, renewals, and billing questions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across auto, home, and other personal lines products
- Proactively reach sales and retention goals through consistent client contact and follow-up
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
License:
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (CA)
