Our family owned agency is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service & Administrative Support Representative to join our professional office team in beautiful Pismo Beach. This role is ideal for someone with an administrative or office background who enjoys helping people, managing details, and supporting a team in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.



What You’ll Do

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Prepare and process policy documents, certificates, and client files
  • Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with office and carrier procedures
  • Support agents with quoting, policy changes, billing inquiries, and renewal processing
  • Assist with office organization, document management, and client onboarding
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment



What We’re Looking For

  • Administrative, office, receptionist, or professional customer service experience (insurance experience a plus but not required)
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a structured office setting
  • Willingness to learn new software and follow established processes
  • Long-term career focus with a desire to grow and advance within the agency



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior office/administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software
  • Must be able to work in-office Monday–Friday
  • Ability to obtain a California Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days (agency provides training and materials)



Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $42,000–$60,000 per year (DOE)
