Project Manager
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the success of the project, including financial management and budgets, operational efficiency, safety, and client/public/government satisfaction. The project manager will be supported by the division's Program Manager who will be onsite on a rotation schedule.
Upon completion of this project, the Project Manager will be assigned to other projects and/or work within the company. Relocation is not required.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Proactively manage, oversee, and direct project initiatives from beginning to end of project.
· Develop project schedule and ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.
· Prepare and manage the budget, planning, and cost estimates.
· Develop, train, and manage the employees assigned to this project.
· Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
· Interact with representatives of the Client and regulatory agencies in accordance with line of duty reporting.
· Monitor and guide safety and environmental compliance.
· Work directly with the EPA, Forest Service, State of Idaho, and other governmental agencies.
· Ensure quality standards are met.
· Measure project performance and identify areas of improvement.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum 8 years of project management experience preferred.
· Strong background in financials and budgets required.
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
· Experience with CERCLA remediation sites and requirements strongly preferred.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
· Strong familiarity with project management software tools required.
· Strong interpersonal skills required.
· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline required.
