About the Business (In the Founder's words)

Over the last two years, I’ve been a one-woman show, building a funding broker business dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve financial freedom through credit and funding solutions.This business has been my labor of love and learning, but now, I’m at a turning point: fulfilling client needs is taking up so much time that I can’t market or scale effectively.

This is where you come in. As my first teammate, you’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, managing client relationships, and creating opportunities for growth. Together, we’ll lay the foundation for a thriving business that delivers exceptional service and achieves its full potential.

This role is crucial to streamlining backend operations, fulfilling client needs, and creating a seamless customer experience while I focus on growing the business. You’ll also have a hand in shaping our processes and systems, laying the foundation for future growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Operations & Data Entry

  • Master our client management software (Go High Level) and learn to fill out applications to secure funding for clients.
  • Transition and adapt to the new Funding Machine system, helping streamline processes.
  • Assist in creating internal training documents and workflows for services like aged corporations, tradelines, and other products.
  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and collaborate with me to implement solutions.

2. Customer Success Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for leads, conducting strategy calls and closing prospects on our services.
  • Manage the funding application process, including running funding sequences and ensuring client success.
  • Handle client calls/Zoom meetings as needed and assist in reducing repetitive tasks with efficient processes and automations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our core services and offerings.
  • Prepare polished pitch presentations for prospective clients interested in additional services.
  • Monitor and improve client success journeys to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

3. In-Person Event Support

  • Assist in preparing for trade shows and events, working as a team to generate leads and promote our services.
  • Network alongside me during events to expand our reach and build connections.

4. Inbound Lead Generation

  • Support pipeline growth by making calls, sending emails, and posting on platforms based on training and mentorship insights.
  • Collaborate on lead generation strategies once backend processes are fully streamlined.

5. General Assistance

  • Tackle miscellaneous tasks as they arise, contributing wherever help is needed to keep the business running smoothly.


Qualifications

MUST-HAVES:

  • Availability to work 10am-7pm EST Mon-Fri to accommodate clients across time zones.
  • Experience in client success, operations, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools and willingness to learn new systems.
  • General familiarity with credit or funding industries


NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Credit Repair background.
  • Banking relationship manager background (understand how the banking system works and filling out credit card and loan applications for clients)
  • Working directly with Solopreneur’s in building out a business from the ground up.
  • Sales/Lead Generation background


Base + total monthly commission: $4,000/month
