Role Overview:
As an SDR, the selected candidate will play a key role in our client's Sales team by serving as the first point of contact for potential customers. Daily responsibilities will include managing the beginning of the sales process and working closely with Account Executives to drive conversions. Through targeted outreach, the SDR will identify and qualify leads, creating new business opportunities.
Our client provides a structured training program to equip employees with sales fundamentals, industry knowledge, and product expertise. The selected candidate will undergo immersive training, including classroom sessions and hands-on practice, preparing them to engage effectively with prospective customers. Ongoing coaching and mentorship will support their growth within the sales organization.
What They Are Looking For:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Austin, Texas (Monday - Thursday in-office, WFH on Friday)
- 0-1 years of related work experience
- A positive attitude and eagerness for growth in an outbound sales development role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and generate interest
- Self-motivated and energetic with a passion for engaging with people and small businesses
- Organized, metrics-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers
- Conduct 90+ outbound cold calls daily to generate opportunities
- Schedule product demo meetings for Account Executives with key decision-makers
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity and customer interactions
- Participate in coaching and development sessions
- Collaborate with experienced sales team members to refine strategies and improve processes
- Gain exposure to the full sales cycle and foundational sales skills

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (based on performance)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 - $70,000 with uncapped commission potential
