About the Role

We are seeking a B2B product marketing leader with strong experience in scaling businesses, expanding product lines, and leading teams. In this role, you will own product marketing efforts and go-to-market strategies. You’ll shape product portfolio requirements, competitive analysis, buyer personas, and ICP, while driving messaging and positioning, sales enablement materials, field communication, customer stories, and product launch activities.


You will collaborate closely with product management on customer requirements, pricing, and competitive intelligence, and work with client-facing teams on positioning, packaging, messaging, and content. Success in this role will be measured by improved win rates, increased adoption and usage, and a stronger competitive position.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale product marketing capabilities.
  • Drive quarterly planning, metrics, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research.
  • Create competitive analysis programs that inform strategy and prepare sales for competitive situations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and buyer personas.
  • Partner with product managers on targeted research, user testing, and roadmap execution.
  • Lead early access/beta programs and customer advisory groups.
  • Strengthen customer and stakeholder feedback loops.
  • Develop go-to-market frameworks for new products and features.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to launch new products.
  • Enhance pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Create messaging, sales talk-tracks, presentations, case studies, and collateral.
  • Partner with sales enablement on training programs and field enablement.
  • Support demand generation, corporate marketing, and field sales with strategic input.
  • Lead sales enablement programs and tools.
  • Develop core product collateral, including feature briefs, demo scripts, and release notes.
  • Train client-facing teams on new capabilities.
  • Support outbound communications, including webinars, PR, and content.
  • Ensure marketing materials and website reflect accurate positioning.
  • Participate in developing content for industry and customer conferences.
  • Act as a product spokesperson and effective storyteller.


What You’ll Bring

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company.
  • Ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer orientation with experience gathering and synthesizing customer needs.
  • Analytical skills to combine sales, marketing, and external data for insights.
  • Proven collaboration skills across product, sales, and executive teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
