This is ideal for someone who;

• Has a strong grasp of front to backsoftware architecture - TypeScript, Node.js, React
• Now wants to go all in on AI tooling (claude code/ Cursor) and learn the future of software engineering.

The role

In this role, you'll be building full-stack production grade software but using AI coding tools heavily, taking your senior experience and multiplying your output through an AI-first way of working.

You’ll own apps and featured end to end, work directly with senior exec stakeholders, and ship fast in an insurance-tech startup.

Must haves

• Strong full stack fundamentals with TypeScript, Node.js, React and AWS (min 6+ years experience)
• Ability to make clear architecture decisions and explain tradeoffs
• Experience shipping real work with AI coding tools such as Cursor
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and owning outcomes
• Someone who enjoys fast feedback loops and autonomy

Nice to haves

• Experience across solution design, infra or observability
• Performance tuning or secure data handling in regulated environments
